COVID-19: Your delivery
Due to the current safety measures we have put in place in line with government advice, when placing an order with us you may experience some delays with our delivery service. Our warehouse team and couriers are working around the clock to do their absolute best to get your order to you as quickly as possible in these unprecedented times, and we ask that you wait an additional 3-4 working days before getting in touch with our customer service team.

To avoid these delays happening as much as possible, we have amended some of our delivery times to include a longer wait time, to avoid any disappointment of when your parcel is due to arrive.

Orders cannot be changed or modified after checkout. Cancellations can been made up to 2 hours after the order has been placed. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing. If you are unsure please EMAIL, DM, or CHAT us before you order.

RETURNS:

  • If for any reason you do not absolutely love your Classic Pear goods, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise within 10 days of delivery date. Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed, stained or altered. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. All refunds will post within 3-5 business days. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • Classic Pear reserves the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of the item being returned.
  • If an item is returned in a condition that we cannot sell - we will send an invoice to ship back to customer. Please know that we are a small business and every single item counts and we cannot offer free shipping back in this case.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and is responsible wholly for tracking.
  • We are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated.

BY MAIL:

Please send an email to info@classicpear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then email you with how to start your return process. Please remember we do not cover return shipping, this is at your own expense.

Securely pack your merchandise and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund, less the cost of original shipping. You will receive an email notifying you of the transaction. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be applied to your bank account.

EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not accepted exchanges. You will need to return your order and place a new order. If you are unsure about a size please EMAIL, DM, or CHAT us before you place an order.

SHIPPING:

DUE TO COVID-19, PRODUCTION TIME HAS INCREASED TO 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS!

Classic Pear ships to all 50 states, U.S. territories and possessions. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Your shipping confirmation will include information about your order, tracking number, and (if available) an estimated delivery date provided by the carrier. All items are shipped via US Postal Service, DHL, or FedEx and/or its affiliates. Classic Pear reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you the customer, or result in the order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth below. Shipping times on orders and the “ship date” are determined by the nature of the product. Most items will be complete and ready for shipment (ship date) in approximately 3-5 business days.

We fill orders just as fast as we can! Please be aware, if the product is for pre-order - please refer to product page for specific dates.

Items generally arrive at their desired location within 2-5 business days of ship date depending on the shipping method you select. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Classic Pear has no control over shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you by e-mail.

*If your order is $200 or more, your items may ship in multiple boxes. Depending on your delivery address, expedited FedEx shipping options may be available. Rates and shipping options are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and delivery location. Please note, expedited shipping service does not include weekend delivery. 

Note: During Holiday Seasons (Nov 19 – Dec 31st) all orders will be packed in 3-6 business days.
